While the olives of this season are processed and packed, ready to reach millions of houses and shops, our fields are getting prepared for the next harvest. Due to the harsh Andalusian summer, the olive trees require special treatments to guarantee a product of quality for the next verdeo.

The members of our cooperative are expert farmers whose knowledge of the field and the olive trees assure the high volume of production year after year. They ensure this by taking care of the good health of the trees with the use of treatments and fertilizers to protect the fields from plagues and other harms, with the controlled watering and with thorough pruning.
